Facilitation of Programmatic Strategic Planning
The Alzheimer's Association is the world leader in Alzheimer research and support. Its mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research and to enhance quality care and support for individuals, their families and care partners.
Programmatic Strategic Planning
Design and delivery of three full-day facilitaions over a period of three months that allowed the Program Department to define strategies for extraordinary growth and optimal use of resources. Participants fully analyzed issues and options, emerging from the process with agreement on priorities and next steps.
