New Program Development and Funding

In 2002, Oliver Tessier designed and developed a new program for BoardSource aimed toward corporations that want to help their staff learn to become effective members of nonprofit boards. He also wrote the multi-use grant proposal that won funding for this project. BoardSource subsequently published The Business Professional's Guide to Nonprofit Board Service, which he co-authored. 

Oliver also wrote the case statement for BoardSource's successful funding of a major, multi-year Knowledge Management effort.
