Board Development & Planning

Oliver Tessier worked with The United German American Committee of the USA to clarify board responsibilities and practices. He then facilitated a board exploration of priorities for leading the organization into founding a museum and cultural center. At the board's request, Oliver Terssier developed a detailed plan for how UGAC might reach its goals. The board approved this plan in May 2002.
