United German American Committee
UGAC serves as the national umbrella organization through which Americans proud of their German heritage work together on vital issues of concern to both nations. UGAC promotes German-American friendship and goodwill through advocacy, education, and outreach.
Board Development & Planning
Oliver Tessier worked with The United German American Committee of the USA to clarify board responsibilities and practices. He then facilitated a board exploration of priorities for leading the organization into founding a museum and cultural center. At the board's request, Oliver Terssier developed a detailed plan for how UGAC might reach its goals. The board approved this plan in May 2002.

Leadership Transition
Oliver Tessier assisted UGAC board members in designing the search process as well as interviewing CEO finalists and writing appraisals of candidates based on criteria determined by the board.
