For 40 years Washington Performing Arts Society has created profound opportunities by connecting the community to artists, in both education and performance. Each year, WPAS presents more than 60 performances on 10 subscription series. Complementing each season of performances are dynamic education programs in schools and beyond, which are a hallmark of the institution and a mainstay in our nation’s capital.
Coaching
Oliver Tessier works with the WPAS senior management team on issues of leadership, productivity, and team effectiveness.

Strategic Planning
In collaboration with WPAS’ Strategic Planning Committee, Oliver Tessier designed and facilitated a strategic planning retreat for the WPAS board. After the retreat, he organized and supported the work of the Strategic Planning Committee.
